Diindolemethane (DIM) is a component of Indole-3-Carbinol found in the Brassica family of vegetables like broccoli, kale and cauliflower.
Description
Diindolemethane (DIM) is found in vegetables of the Brassica family, mainly broccoli, kale and cauliflower. One capsule of DIM is far more potent than eating heads of broccoli! DIM has potent effects on oestrogen metabolism and helps to keep the body in balance by preventing drastic increase or decrease in oestrogen.
You may notice a potent smell from your capsules and this is normal.
