As a family run business caring mostly for local families we are here for the long haul. We have more pharmacists on duty (with a combined experience of over 100 years!!) than all neighbouring pharmacies so that we can take time to counsel and take complete care of our clients.
Orrong Compounding Pharmacy is an independent full-line pharmacy specialising in the provision of compounded preparations and alternative therapies. We also provide worldwide mail-order service.
Our expertise covers a wide spectrum ideal for everyone’s pharmaceutical needs including: compounded medications, pain management, permanent weight loss, medication review, anti-aging & functional medicine, foreign travel products, diabetic counseling, holistic health care, hospice needs, skin care and health and wellness. Our pharmacists are available to make specific recommendations based on your needs and consult with your doctor to obtain an appropriate prescription. Furthermore we have a wonderful team of naturopaths one of whom who is also a pharmacist available to answer questions and provide a balanced view on health matters.
Our extensive baby section provides total care for new mothers and their babies. We carry a full range of breast pumps, organic nappies, feeding bottles, teething help, and baby’s health needs in both pharmaceutical and homeopathic (drug free) ranges. In addition, we have a full range of baby (as well as adult) personal care items free of harmful ingredients formulated with safety in mind.
Our compounded medications include a range of hard to get medications, discontinued capsules and creams, reflux formulations for babies, cold sore preparations, skin preparations, hormonal formulations extended release antibiotics and many more ingredients in capsules, gels, troches, creams, pessaries and suppositories.
