Omeprazole suspension is used in children with diagnosed reflux. The most palatable way to administer omeprazole is in a flavoured suspension form (usually Strawberry is the tastiest) Our formulation lasts for 30 days in the fridge.
Description
Omeprazole is used in children who suffer from reflux. We make our omeprazole as pleasant tasting as possible – the most popular flavour is strawberry!
If no flavour is chosen we will default to strawberry flavour.
Omeprazole should be shaken well and given BEFORE a feed and the child should be burped as usual after.
Omeprazole needs to be kept in the fridge and we supply one month at a time only. So if your child takes 5mg/mL, 1ml per day select the 30ml option, if your child takes 2ml per day select the 60ml option and so on.
