Description
Progesterone is a steroid hormone and is largely produced by the corpeus luteum, although small amounts are also produced in the adrenal glands.
Progesterone is often called ‘the happy hormone’ as sometimes when women experience oestrogen dominance or progesterone deficiency they can experience anxiety. Progesterone has a calming and relaxing effect. Progesterone has many uses in both men and women.
We supply all our progesterone creams in metered dose pumps, where each pump delivers an accurate 0.5mL or 1mL depending on your prescription. If you prefer your cream in syringes please specify in the drop down.
Be mindful to wash your hands well after to ensure no one else comes into contact with progesterone they don’t need! Usually apply before bed and rub in well.
Your doctor as prescribed a bio-identical form of Progesterone (meaning exactly the same molecules as the ones nature designed in your body since birth), thus side effects are limited to an extension of their action.
