FREE IN STORE PICKUP

If you are in the Melbourne area you can pick up your item/s directly from our store at 704 High Street, Prahran VIC 3181 (map). If you choose this service, you will be notified when pick up is available from our store.

DELIVERY

Orders incur a small shipping charge of $15.00 to most areas. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all order over $100.  If you are in a remote location e.g. Northern Territory there is likely an increase in Shipping, we will contact you if there is any additional charge.  All orders are sent with TOLL Couriers and are trackable all the way to your door.  Please specify in comments on checkout where your item/s are safe to leave in the event you’re not home for the courier.  Please note all fridge lines have a $20 courier fee.  If you’d like something to be sent to a PO Box with Australia Post please contact us
Remote location: Orders to remote locations will be charged the actual cost charged by our shipping partners.

Delivery times vary depending on the product you have ordered and your location.

For non-compounded items:

After your order leaves our warehouse, deliveries typically occur within:

• 1 – 5 days to Metro and Rural across Australia

Please note: Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.

For compounded items or prescription items: As above, please allow an extra 24-48 hours for your product to be made. We will contact you if there is any delay. For urgent orders please contact us direct.  Please be advised for all prescription items the ORIGINAL prescription must be received BEFORE we can send any medicines. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can deliver anywhere in the world. You can obtain a shipping estimate by contacting us direct. We do not send prescription products overseas. You must have a valid Australian prescription.
